Why is it on here?:  Reggie and the Full Effect is the side project of James Dewees, keyboardist for the Get Up Kids (previously mentioned on this blog).  This is my favorite song of theirs, great beat, catchy melody and one of the best videos ever made.  Its worth the 2 minutes, I promise.
